What You’ll Do

  • Be our internal UX expert and evangelist; keep us honest
  • Collaborate with marketing and product management to understand our users and customers and their needs
  • Conduct your own research and leverage the tones of data we have
  • Work closely with product managers, visual designers and developers to deliver an amazing user experience across our platform
  • Be the keeper of our pattern library

Who You Are

  • Successfully worked at a startup, i.e. comfortable with complex and unstructured problems, high degree of autonomy in a fast paced environment, getting shit done, being self motivated and organised
  • Solid portfolio demonstrating strong UX/UI
  • Proven success designing across devices (responsive) and building pattern libraries
  • Experience in conducting usability testing and user research
  • Did we mention information architecture?
  • Bonus: Frontend prototyping skills
  • Data-informed, ie. comfortable with using data to guide product decisions, experienced in defining needed tracking, experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel or similar products, comfortable defining and running experiments
  • Experience with agile product development methodologies (lean, iterative, collaborative, hands on, fast)
  • Have a new tech profile;)
